What you will do

• Serve as a mentor and go-to resource for Siemens Teamcenter (Active Workspace and Rich Client) and Teamcenter Visualization across engineering and manufacturing users.
• Coach users on GM engineering/design processes, best practices, workflows, and data management standards to ensure accurate and compliant product data.
• Support onboarding and enablement via one-on-one mentoring, group sessions, and training support.
• Provide day-to-day functional support, troubleshooting, and guidance within Teamcenter and related PLM tools.
• Assist with change management processes, including part structures, workflows, releases, and revisions in Teamcenter.
• Partner with PLM Deployment, IT, Process Owners, and Technical Engineering Leads to support releases, software testing, enhancements, pilots, and Early Access Programs (EAPs).

Requirements

• Associate’s degree.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter Visualization.
• Strong working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and PLM concepts (Active Workspace and Rich Client).
• Experience mentoring, supporting, or enabling users in a technical or engineering environment.
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts and strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience supporting PLM deployments, upgrades, or large-scale releases.
• Familiarity with product development, manufacturing, and change management processes.
• Previous experience in training/coaching or PLM SME roles.
