What you will do

• Serve as a trusted thought partner and internal consultant to the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders.
• Lead initiatives focused on growth, scale, and innovation, such as customer segmentation and channel expansion.
• Drive competitive and market intelligence to inform hirify.global’s positioning and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Translate customer insights and behavioral data into strategic recommendations.
• Support strategic investment decisions by building business cases and defining success metrics.
• Establish strategic frameworks and decision models that enable better, faster, and more informed execution across teams.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or operating roles in a high-growth company.
• Strategic problem solver with strong business acumen and financial fluency.
• Exceptional communicator, skilled at distilling complex topics into simple insights for executive audiences.
• Highly collaborative and comfortable navigating cross-functional environments.
• Able to operate independently and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Intellectually curious, resourceful, and excited by ambiguous, high-impact challenges.
