What you will do

• Own and optimize hirify.global’s public-facing website, including landing pages, content strategy, SEO, and conversion funnels to drive efficient user acquisition at scale.
• Build and scale the marketing tech stack to enable precise measurement and high-velocity growth testing.
• Set a clear product vision for your area and ensure the team deeply understands the “why” behind what you're building.
• Work closely with designers, engineers, marketers to move from insight to implementation.
• Talk to users regularly to gather insights firsthand and use them to shape decisions, challenge assumptions, and uncover opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on PM experience at tech or tech-forward companies, ideally in consumer or marketplace products.
• Comfortable working with engineers, designers, data analysts, and ops.
• Think in systems and edge cases, connecting high-level strategy with granular execution.
• Obsess over outcomes, measuring impact and optimizing existing features.
• Communicate clearly through stories, roadmaps, and presentations.
• Thrive through ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving priorities.
