Responsable Commercial Grand Est (Fintech): Driving sales and expanding hirify.global's presence in the Grand Est region by reaching out to vacation rental owners, executing sales strategies, and managing the entire sales cycle. Focus on building strong relationships with homeowners, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the Strasbourg office.

Location: Strasbourg, France. Hybrid setup with 50%+ in-office time required.

What you will do

  • Play a key role in opening the Grand East Area, shaping its success with your ideas and energy.
  • Reach out to vacation rental owners (B2C) and execute sales strategies to determine if hirify.global is the right solution for their needs.
  • Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct regular business trips to your focus regions and gain valuable market insights.
  • Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure a smooth process.
  • Support the onboarding process of new team members and share your knowledge with other international sales teams.

Requirements

  • High level of self-motivation and ability to convince vacation rental homeowners both on the phone (cold calling) and face-to-face.
  • Positive mindset towards new challenges and an empathic personality that enables strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Solution-driven attitude and the ability to work in a responsible and organized way.
  • Experience in sales or account management, travel industry or online business is preferred.
  • Near native French skills and fluent English.
  • Driver's license.
