Salary: $195,000 - $362,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end M&A and investments execution, including sourcing, valuation, due diligence, and negotiations.
  • Build financial models and business cases to evaluate deal economics and prepare acquisition and investment proposals.
  • Drive post-deal integration in partnership with cross-functional leaders to maximize value capture.
  • Develop market and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities for partnerships, investments, or acquisitions.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the Corporate Development team.
  • Cultivate relationships with bankers, VCs, advisors, and entrepreneurs to ensure strong deal flow.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or private equity.
  • Strong strategic vision and business acumen with an understanding of key business drivers.
  • Experience managing people and leading cross-functional teams to execute all aspects of a deal.
  • Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, valuation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Executive presence and communication skills for influencing and presenting to GMs, product leaders, C-suite, and Board level executives.
  • Familiarity with marketplaces, AI or HR/labor tech strongly preferred.
