What you will do
- Manage the full customer journey, from initial onboarding through to renewal.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide training and onboarding to ensure new customers reach their goals efficiently.
- Manage a customer book of business with responsibility for satisfaction and monthly retention targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain deep knowledge of company products and services as they evolve.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and process management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a drive to advocate for clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Raleigh, NC.
