What you will do
- Drive district profitability and optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) through effective management and rigorous performance practices.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop store managers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Spearhead sales training initiatives, including onboarding sessions and ongoing product training.
- Ensure adherence to operational frameworks and utilize data to analyze performance trends and drive improvement.
- Independently manage schedule to travel between mall locations within the district, prioritizing visits based on needs.
- Support store manager success by providing resources, coaching, and mentorship.
Requirements
- 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience, preferably in financial products, with experience managing field sales teams.
- 7+ years of management and leadership experience, managing teams of 10+ individuals.
- 7+ years of training and coaching experience, developing and delivering sales training programs.
- Strong existing network of high-performing sales representatives.
- Proven ability to drive profitability, manage performance across multiple locations, and manage CAC.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
