What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of product designers, providing feedback and support for their professional growth.
• Own day-to-day design delivery and ensure consistent execution across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define problems and create impactful solutions.
• Advocate for customer needs and embed user insights into the design process.
• Improve design operations, tooling, and workflows to enable effective collaboration and scale.
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of the design system.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team of product designers.
• 7+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft and problem solving.
• Proven ability to lead design efforts in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional product environments.

Nice to have

• Financial technology or banking experience is a bonus.
