What you will do

• Support finance business partnering processes, focusing on hirify.global’s Lending division.
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts and analyze variances.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance.
• Prepare presentations and insights for the Senior Leadership Team.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and analytical support.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in FP&A or Lending.
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with data querying languages and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
