What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community members, serving as the primary interface for communication with internal teams.
- Create and curate content, such as newsletters, blog posts, discussion prompts, and FAQs, to inform and engage communities.
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual community engagement events and activities in collaboration with ambassadors.
- Collect and analyse feedback from community members to inform organizational decisions, collaborating with other teams for effective service delivery.
- Manage and support the Champions and Innovators programs, empowering them to drive community initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in community management, marketing, or a related role focused on building online or offline communities.
- Experience in managing programs or leading initiatives with a focus on empowering others.
- Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies, engagement campaigns, and community playbooks.
- Event planning and execution skills for both virtual and in-person community initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in managing online community platforms and customer feedback tools.
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics or Looker to track performance and inform community strategy.

- A background in a tech-related industry or a strong interest in technology and software development.
- Experience in brand advocacy and public relations.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
