Associate ServiceNow Developer (Enterprise Service Management)

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Illinois or Atlanta, Georgia; willingness to travel 50% or more for client projects and shadowing opportunities.

Compensation: $80,000–$88,000 per year in on-target earnings, including base salary and applicable target bonus.

What you will do

• Complete a three-month training program focused on ServiceNow solutions within the Enterprise Service Management practice.
• Contribute to client projects based on skills, interests, and business needs after completing the program.
• Collaborate across teams, build positive relationships, and support successful project delivery.
• Analyze issues, solve complex problems, and recommend innovative technology solutions.
• Manage competing priorities and deliver work to established deadlines.
• Travel to support client projects and shadowing opportunities.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Enterprise Service Management and ServiceNow solutions.
• Existing U.S. work authorization is required.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time.
• Degree in a technical discipline completed by January 11, 2027, or successful completion of a technical bootcamp.
• Working knowledge of application development.
• Effective communication, collaboration, critical thinking, resourcefulness, and ability to manage priorities.

Nice to have

• Prior internship, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or a related field.
