What you will do

• Lead the development of alternative monetization and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, operations, and finance.
• Craft pricing systems and financial incentives.
• Balance marketplace health with long-term revenue growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on product experience.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities.
• Very comfortable with SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, Periscope, or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with multivariate product experimentation frameworks.
• Experience leading teams through challenging prioritization decisions.
• BS/MS/MBA in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
