What you will do
- Manage a book of business, creating a growth strategy for each account.
- Manage license contracts and revenue, ensuring quarterly goals are reached.
- Provide customer service, developing and overseeing customer retention.
- Forecast and plan organic revenue quarterly and annually.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Account Management experience.
- Customer-focused internal advocate focused on driving growth throughout the customer's life cycle.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and ecommerce platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Cloud and CRM software.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
