What you will do

• Own day-to-day content creation, publishing, and community management for Hip-Hop Nation's social channels.
• Build and maintain a social content calendar aligned with music releases, artist moments, and events.
• Develop creative assets, including photo, video, memes, and short-form content.
• Monitor social trends and platform features to keep content fresh and culturally relevant.
• Partner with programming, talent, artists, and marketing teams to amplify key moments and campaigns.
• Analyze content performance and audience insights to optimize strategy and reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, media company, or entertainment property.
• Proficient in content creation for social media, including capturing/producing content, editing video/photo, and publishing to platforms.
• Deep knowledge and genuine passion for Hip-Hop music.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and native content formats.
• Proven ability to create engaging content, including short-form video and social copy.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like Sprout or native platform analytics is a plus.
