Principal Product Marketing Manager (AI): Leading the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for the Business AI Cloud with an accent on conveying the strategic and technical value of the platform. Focus on shaping how the platform supports advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, intelligent agent frameworks, scalable workflow orchestration, and enterprise-grade AI governance.
Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
Salary: $169,800 - $233,500

What you will do
- Craft platform messaging and positioning to articulate the value of the Business AI Cloud to technical and business audiences.
- Build messaging frameworks and executive narratives that connect platform capabilities to enterprise outcomes.
- Support technical conversations by accurately capturing platform features and communicating them effectively.
- Partner with executives on strategic communications, customer presentations, and analyst briefings.
- Drive field enablement by delivering sales training and enablement content.
- Create GTM content, including solution briefs, videos, and web content.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or related GTM roles in enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, data platforms, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Proven ability to craft high-impact messaging and content that resonates across technical and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic mindset with a bias for action.
- Prior experience marketing platforms with layered architectures.
Nice to have
- Background in marketing AI, data, or infrastructure platforms.
- Experience bringing technical capabilities to market in a category-defining space.
- Familiarity with both IT and line-of-business personas and enterprise sales cycles.
