What you will do

• Manage team performance, ensuring operational targets are met.
• Handle reporting and client communication on a weekly basis.
• Track KPIs and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Keep the team motivated and focused on constant improvement.
• Design and implement action plans to improve or maintain results at the team level.
• Analyze process RCAs to identify insights and outliers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience leading teams.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Customer focus.
• Advanced level of English.
• Driven and proactive in high-pressure environments.
• Attention to detail.
• Advanced comprehension of Google tools (Spreadsheets, Slides, Docs, etc.).

Nice to have

• Knowledge in Google Ads (Search, Video, Display, and Apps), Analytics & Tag Manager.
• Previous experience with sales teams.
• Experience in Structure Roles.
