What you will do

• Lead and manage a Google Ads optimization team, ensuring team performance and sales productivity.
• Track KPIs, identify outliers, and implement continuous improvement actions at individual and team levels.
• Conduct effective coaching, provide feedback, and develop performance improvement plans for team members.
• Design, implement, and track action plans to improve or maintain team results.
• Follow up on team performance and behaviors, mapping skill development and working attitude.
• Present results, action plans, and improvement progress to clients weekly.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience leading teams.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Customer focus and attention to detail are essential.
• Advanced level of English is required.
• Driven person in high pressure environments; proactivity is a must.
• Advanced comprehension of Google tools: Spreadsheets, Slides, Docs.

Nice to have

• Knowledge in Google Ads (Search, Video, Display and Apps), Analytics & Tag Manager.
• Previous experience with sales teams.
