Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $177,000 - $284,000

Develop and execute a multi-year Automation and AI roadmap.
Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership.
Oversee the architecture and maintenance of automation systems.
Build and mentor a team of automation and AI engineers.
Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA is a plus.
10+ years of experience in IT or Automation Engineering.
5 years of people management experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with Workato and integration tools.
