What you will do

• Lead the development of a decisioning platform for consistent ML/AI decisions across payment lifecycles.
• Collaborate with the ML Foundations team to deploy hirify.global’s Foundation Model.
• Enhance performance analytics and risk management capabilities across hirify.global.
• Expand Payments Analytics solutions for user performance awareness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in building and shipping ML models.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams.
• Strong builder mentality with experience in complex systems development.
• Proven ability to manage large projects and drive change.
• Passion for solving complex problems and engaging with customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale, data-rich products.
• Knowledge of ML applications in fraud prevention and financial services.
• Experience building platforms for service adoption.
