• Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure including distributed compute, orchestration, storage, and streaming systems.
• Scale the data platform by orders of magnitude while ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency.
• Partner with researchers to translate complex requirements into production-ready systems.
• Harden and optimize critical infrastructure that powers multimodal training and evaluation cycles.

• Strong experience with distributed systems and large-scale infrastructure.
• Deep interest in data and rigorous approach to building reliable systems.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals and organizational skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
