What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of 4-10 cloud and software engineers, overseeing performance and growth.
• Oversee technical design and deliverables, staying hands-on with the team's technology.
• Build strong relationships with other engineering teams to foster collaboration.
• Manage team health and performance with empathy and authenticity.
• Contribute to recruiting, hiring, and employee lifecycle management.
• Ensure high quality delivery and operational excellence in cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher.
• Experience managing engineering teams (3+ years) and software/systems engineering (5+ years).
• Expertise in cloud computing, especially AWS technologies.
• Proficiency in Python or Golang.
• Good understanding of DevOps practices and automation.
• Experience with project management, prioritization, and cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in performance engineering and Linux internals.
• Familiarity with networking and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting agile development and product management.
