Location: Remote work opportunities with potential relocation to Prague.

We are looking for a CTO to lead the technical development of our company.

What you will do

• Develop long-term technical strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Manage and optimize the company’s technical budget, including infrastructure and hiring costs.
• Design and oversee architectural solutions for all products and internal infrastructure.
• Research new technologies and methods to improve product quality, implementing modern solutions in development processes.
• Organize and monitor server infrastructure, cloud services, and development tools.
• Develop and implement effective management processes for the development and testing of company products.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in senior technical leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of architectural solutions, DevOps practices, and development processes.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, including developing and launching products from scratch.
• Expert-level knowledge in one or more programming ecosystems (preferably C# and Python).
• Experience in building cloud architectures, preferably in AWS (Cloud Architect certification is a plus).
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience in game development is a plus.
