What you will do

• Improve marketing systems and processes, focusing on automation, attribution, and performance tracking.
• Build and manage reporting dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs across channels.
• Partner with leadership to build forecasting models and campaign performance analyses.
• Maintain and optimize Pardot and Salesforce for marketing use, including campaign tracking and lead routing.
• Identify and implement new tools to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing productivity.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations or Marketing Strategy role.
• High proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Pardot, and automation best practices.
• Understand attribution, funnel stages, campaign tagging, and lifecycle tracking.
• High proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft.
• Passion for marketing strategy and scaling the impact of the whole team.
