• Listen to customer inquiries, diagnose issues, and provide solutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team.
• Advocate for users, ensuring an outstanding experience by resolving concerns.
• Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance support processes and overall user experience.
• Help customers and partners maximize their use of the platform to grow their businesses.

Requirements

• A natural knack for connecting with people and building relationships.
• Passion for small businesses and supporting local florists.
• Comfortable learning and using various support tools (Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus!).
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly valued.
