• Own and manage a core engineering team of 5-10 engineers.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to execute company goals.
• Build and grow the team roadmap considering strategic direction and resource allocation.
• Grow the team through hiring and internal career development.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience managing and hiring engineers with 6+ total years in engineering roles.
• Experience managing a high-performance team in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Django, Python, React, Postgres, SQL, AWS, RDS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to balance priorities and drive successful business outcomes.
