What you will do

• Own the success of advanced transportation systems in partner cities, serving as the main point of contact for city and agency leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, converting their ideas and community needs into revenue opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with partners by addressing pain points and identifying opportunities for service growth.
• Analyze service performance data to provide partners with actionable recommendations.
• Negotiate multi-year contract renewals and service expansions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant client-facing experience, such as consulting or customer success.
• Entrepreneurial relationship builder who remains calm in politically sensitive situations.
• Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy.
• A reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality.
