What you will do

• Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients, from kick-off to post-go-live support
• Understand each client’s business model and help configure hirify.global to fit their workflows
• Map fund flows and align our platform with their reporting and finance stack
• Drive adoption by making clients confident, trained, and autonomous by the end of implementation
• Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and guiding them through challenges

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, ERP/enterprise software implementation, or financial services
• Deep subject matter expertise in accounting, reconciliation, loans, and crypto concepts
• Experience in client-facing roles, ideally onboarding or implementing enterprise software
• Understanding of financial workflows, accounting principles, and reporting systems
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and technical architecture
• Strong communication skills with technical teams and executive stakeholders
