Location: Remote - Canada

Salary: CAD 115,000–140,000 for Tier 2 cities; CAD 135,000–165,000 for Tier 1 cities, annually

What you will do

• Build scalable, maintainable software solutions across the full stack.
• Develop with AI-augmented workflows using tools such as Claude Code and integrations with production data and engineering platforms.
• Diagnose bugs, address root causes, improve system stability, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.
• Identify and mitigate technical debt while keeping current with emerging technologies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional development experience with modern web frameworks such as Rails, Django, or similar.
• Experience with frontend technologies including React, Angular, or TypeScript.
• Capability to develop across the full stack.
• Experience working effectively in geographically distributed, agile environments.
• Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, with demonstrated productivity gains.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Ruby on Rails, React, and React Native.
• Experience building reusable AI workflows, skills, or tooling.
• Infrastructure as code experience with AWS CDK or Terraform.
• Data platform experience with Snowflake, Fivetran, or dbt.
• Early-stage startup experience or a computer science degree.
