What you will do

• Architect and develop robust software solutions across the entire stack.
• Diagnose and address bugs to bolster software stability and resilience, ensuring a seamless user experience; participate in on-call rotation.
• Engage proactively in pull requests and spike documents, sharing insights and expertise to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Collaborate with the team to systematically identify and mitigate technical debt.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in software development, participating in team learning sessions and workshops.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a developer working with modern web frameworks, such as RoR, Django, or similar.
• Experience with modern front-end technologies, such as React, Angular, Typescript or similar.
• Excited to work on full-stack problems, even if interests lean heavily towards one part of the stack.
• Able to work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team in an agile development environment.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Ruby on Rails, React & React Native.
• BS or higher in Computer Science.
• Experience with deploying infrastructure as code with SDKs like AWS CDK or Terraform.
• Experience with Snowflake, Fivetran and DBT.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams and at an early stage startup.
