What you will do

• Manage daily operations of equity compensation programs using the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platform.
• Oversee and process all equity transactions, including grants and exercises.
• Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding equity awards.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and partner with relevant teams.
• Support Finance with stock-based compensation reporting.
• Serve as the liaison with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE for system issues and enhancements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE equity compensation platform.
• Minimum 5+ years in stock plan administration or equity compensation.
• Strong understanding of equity vehicles and related tax implications.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SEC, IRS, and global regulatory requirements.
