Salary: $80,000–$105,000

What you will do

• Apply independence and ethical standards to audit, attest, and non-audit client relationships.
• Assist personnel with independence inquiries and evaluate self-audit questionnaires.
• Develop and maintain independence resources, publications, and annual training materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with the Independence and Ethics team.
• Collaborate with service lines to resolve complex independence and ethical issues.
• Oversee project efforts and provide guidance to staff members.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3–7 years of progressive experience in audit, advisory, or tax within a medium to large public accounting firm.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to challenging situations with professionalism.

Nice to have

• Experience in a professional standards or quality role.
• CPA certification.
