What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, maximizing their value on the hirify.global platform.
• Identify and lead growth initiatives, managing projects and tracking success.
• Pitch and secure opportunities, such as bringing new activities online and improving commercial terms.
• Address customer and supplier issues, ensuring low cancellation rates and high-quality product delivery.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights, proactively suggesting improvements.
• Educate suppliers on using backend tools to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of B2B, OTA, tech, or e-commerce sales experience, with a track record of handling large accounts and exceeding targets.
• Fluent in Mandarin (native as a plus) and native in Simplified Chinese writing, with excellent English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and data-driven with strong business acumen.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM tools; Salesforce is a plus.
• Passionate about travel and customer-centric.
