What you will do

• Conceptualize, prototype, design, and pitch solutions into high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to build and ship product features.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analysis.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system.
• Work with sales and success teams to uncover user needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript.
• Significant startup experience.
• Ability to balance design craft with business needs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Slack’s Block Kit.
• Experience designing CLI.
• Familiarity with GitHub/Gitlab.
