Solutions Architect

What you will do

• Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Architects to create detailed technical proposals.
• Develop proof of concepts for the SaaS product.
• Partner with the Engineering team to successfully implement solutions.
• Contribute to product discovery and design.
• Ensure users can quickly make the platform an integral part of their team’s day-to-day work.

Requirements

• Strong DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
• Proficiency in technologies such as AWS, CI/CD, Terraform, CDK, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Typescript, Python, Node, and Golang.
• Experience with client work and understanding different types of challenges within different projects.
• Startup experience, self-direction, and a flexible approach to solving complex problems.
• Customer-centric mindset.
