What you will do

• Design and execute revenue strategies that improve conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and increase ACV.
• Map and continuously improve the end-to-end revenue process ensuring simplicity, scalability, and alignment across Marketing, Sales, and CS.
• Build dashboards and reporting that surface actionable KPIs for pipeline, bookings, churn, and expansion.
• Lead high impact projects involving multiple stakeholders across Revenue Leadership, Finance, Legal, and Product.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM operations role, ideally in SaaS.
• Proven experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
• Advanced Salesforce administration and reporting skills; experience managing integrated GTM stacks.
• Track record of designing and executing processes that improved revenue predictability and efficiency.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
• Experience in early stage or high growth environments.
