What you will do

  • Prequalify inbound leads generated by marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email.
  • Communicate the value and benefits of the product to potential customers, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
  • Handle a high volume of chats and incoming calls from prospective customers, effectively identifying their needs and positioning the product as the ideal solution.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to pass on qualified leads, enabling them to close deals efficiently.
  • Use the CRM system to manage interactions, record activity, and keep contact records updated with precision.
  • Actively exchange ideas and communicate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improved sales performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales is preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, French + Spanish, German, or Italian is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic telephone presence.
  • A genuine passion for web-based solutions and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to potential customers.
  • Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Gmail, and Google tools.
