TL;DR

Channel Partner Manager (SaaS/AI): Developing and managing long-term partner relationships to accelerate hirify.global's growth and market reach in Nordics and Benelux with an accent on driving pipeline and revenue through a strong partner ecosystem. Focus on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners and executing co-marketing activities to achieve regional objectives.

Location: This role is based either in Sweden (remote) or in London with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days in London are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: 1,056,000–1,200,000 SEK OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and manage long-term partner relationships throughout the ecosystem.
  • Track and be responsible for metrics in the Nordics & Benelux regions, primarily go-to-market plans, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard partners in the EMEA North region.
  • Execute a scalable and in-depth onboarding experience for partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop strong regional plans and manage co-marketing activities.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and direct sales to ensure partner success and execute hybrid (co-sell) motions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of previous channel experience with a cloud software company.
  • Experience with various IT partnerships (Solution Providers, AWS, Distributors, Large Account Resellers, SI’s).
  • Fluency in English and Swedish is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Swedish and Netherlands markets.
  • Knowledgeable about the B2B/SaaS sales motion.
  • Experience in closing deals and working with mid-market and Enterprise segments in EMEA North via channel partners.
