What you will do

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring
Develop hiring strategies and maintain employer branding
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Requirements

Experience in recruiting, preferably in tech or gaming
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Fluent in German and English
Onsite position
