What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job descriptions, postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Develop hiring strategies and maintain employer branding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Prepare and deliver employment offers.
• Support new hires throughout the onboarding process.
• Help shape internal HR processes as the company scales.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in recruiting, preferably in tech or gaming.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
