Program Manager – Recruiting Programs, Internships & Emerging Talent Wolt

Wolt’s Global Talent Acquisition Operations & Emerging Talent team plays a key role in building a future-ready talent pipeline across multiple countries and functions. The team focuses on attracting, developing, and converting early-career and alternative talent into long-term, high-impact contributors.
They’re now looking for a Program Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the Emerging Talent portfolio while supporting other global talent programs.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing
Program Strategy & Ownership
— Own the end-to-end design, delivery, and evolution of Emerging Talent programs across functions and geographies
— Define scope, objectives, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned to workforce strategy
— Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities — and design new solutions proactively
Delivery & Execution
— Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal guidance
— Apply and adapt frameworks, tools, and processes in ambiguous environments
— Make informed decisions when data is incomplete or evolving
Data, Insights & Performance
— Structure problems using data-informed thinking
— Define and track program KPIs (quantitative and qualitative)
— Analyse trends and insights to guide trade-offs and future program direction
Stakeholder & Network Management
— Partner closely with People, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders
— Build cross-functional networks to ensure alignment and shared ownership
— Provide clear updates on performance, risks, and outcomes
Leadership & Mentoring
— Mentor and support junior team members
— Contribute thought leadership within the Emerging Talent space
— Model inclusive, collaborative ways of working
What They’re Looking For
— Proven experience leading Emerging Talent or early career programs
— Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
— Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
— Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
— Strong written and verbal communication skills
— Comfortable balancing data with judgement
— Experience delivering through RPO is a plus
— Enjoys working in an international, collaborative environment
