What you will do
- Lead quality initiatives and set standards across UI, API, performance, and scalability testing.
- Design, build, and maintain robust test automation frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Drive early quality practices by embedding testing in the design phase.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate quality.
- Inspire and guide the QA/SDET team to improve their skills.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
- Proven experience building automation frameworks for UI and API.
- Strong coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with microfrontend architectures and databases.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in developing tools to improve QA productivity.
