What you will do

• Serve as the quality leader for an entire domain, overseeing human-written, AI-generated, and agent-executed software.
• Plan and execute test strategies across the Cloud Analytics platform, including AI-powered components.
• Define acceptance criteria for non-deterministic systems using golden-set evaluation and statistical confidence thresholds.
• Implement adversarial and edge-case testing methodologies for AI features, including prompt injection resistance.
• Partner with engineering and DevOps to evolve CI/CD pipeline health and automation coverage.
• Lead RCA reviews for major incidents and drive systemic quality improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Raanana, Israel.
• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA engineer, including at least 4 years in automation.
• 3 years of experience in a QA leadership or management role.
• Expertise in Python and TypeScript, with proficiency in at least one compiled language (Java, Go, or C#).
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI patterns, LLM evaluation harnesses, and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS) and CI/CD architecture.
