QA Lead (AI)

Location: Raanana, Israel; hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote each week

What you will do

• Lead quality strategy and QA methodology across a business domain and the Cloud Analytics platform.
• Define testing activities, ownership, acceptance criteria, quality gates, and risk-based test strategies.
• Design and review UI, API, contract, performance, concurrency, latency, and non-functional test scenarios.
• Lead root-cause analysis for customer-facing defects and incidents, monitor post-deployment quality, and drive production issue triage.
• Define evaluation methods for non-deterministic AI systems, including golden sets, behavioral contracts, statistical confidence thresholds, and regression detection.
• Partner with engineering and DevOps to expand automation, improve CI/CD pipeline health, and coordinate testing across teams and regions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of QA leadership experience and 5 years of QA engineering experience, including at least 4 years of automation.
• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience testing large-scale production distributed systems, structured and unstructured data, AI services, and models.
• Expert knowledge of Python and TypeScript, plus proficiency in a compiled language such as Java, Go, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Stryker, pytest, REST Assured, Pact, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, Agile software development, test-driven development, agentic software development workflows, and AI-enabled automation.
