What you will do

• Proactively reach out to customers to build and maintain a trusted advisor relationship and create technical champions
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Specialist and Sales team on account strategy
• Identify customer strategic initiatives and potential use cases
• Engage with customers to drive adoption through best practice recommendations
• Actively identify new and expansion opportunities
• Deliver product updates sessions highlighting new capabilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles
• Strong desire to learn and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of network infrastructures and cloud technologies
• Superb communication and problem-solving skills
• C1 English and one of the Iberian languages (Portuguese or Spanish)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
