What you will do

  • Perform software product testing and documentation.
  • Serve as the second tier of software product technical support consultant.
  • Identify, document, and resolve customer issues; escalate critical questions to the appropriate teams.
  • Act as a liaison between field and product management teams.
  • Provide technical support over the phone or web to customers on software issues.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence.

Requirements

  • Technical degree (BS in CS or EE or equivalent) preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in software product testing or system operation preferred.
  • Working experience with Kubernetes or a similar cloud environment required.
  • Familiarity with Linux systems and ability to troubleshoot system-level issues.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP Layer 2, Layer 3, and IPv6 is a plus.
