What you will do
- Perform software product testing and documentation.
- Serve as the second tier of software product technical support consultant.
- Identify, document, and resolve customer issues; escalate critical questions to the appropriate teams.
- Act as a liaison between field and product management teams.
- Provide technical support over the phone or web to customers on software issues.
- Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence.
Requirements
- Technical degree (BS in CS or EE or equivalent) preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in software product testing or system operation preferred.
- Working experience with Kubernetes or a similar cloud environment required.
- Familiarity with Linux systems and ability to troubleshoot system-level issues.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP Layer 2, Layer 3, and IPv6 is a plus.
