TL;DR

Product Operations Manager (AI): Facilitating the product organization's growth and scaling by driving clarity, unlocking execution, and ensuring effective communication. Focus on building a product operating system, managing release processes, and maintaining a centralized knowledge base to support product and go-to-market teams.

Location: Hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days weekly in our San Francisco office.

Salary: $150,000 – $170,000

What you will do

  • Maintain the product organization's roadmap, goals, and feedback tracking.
  • Build and maintain an internal knowledge base for product and go-to-market teams.
  • Own the release process end-to-end, including readiness criteria, beta programs, commitments, and launch playbooks.
  • Partner with Marketing and Success to deliver enablement (training, FAQs, release notes, demos).
  • Track dependencies, surface risks early, and build onboarding materials for new PMs.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in consulting, strategy & operations, product operations, investing, or similar roles.
  • Analytical thinker who approaches problems from first principles and can design product operating systems.
  • Skilled at driving alignment across stakeholders, distilling complexity, and communicating with clarity.
  • High EQ and ability to influence without authority, earning trust from PMs, engineers, GTM leaders, and executives alike.
  • Bias to action and comfort with ambiguity.
  • This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days weekly in our San Francisco office.
