QA Engineer (Hardware)

Location: On-site in Taiwan (ODM factories)

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform for the global AI economy, providing high-performance GPU orchestration and infrastructure.

What you will do

• Perform technical investigation and root cause analysis of complex hardware failures, such as GPU and power-related issues.
• Oversee on-site product QA, including visual inspections and verification of inventory records for servers and racks.
• Collaborate with R&D teams during new platform bring-up sessions at ODM labs to ensure early-stage hardware behaves as expected.
• Monitor and analyze failure rates from burn-in and internal test systems to estimate spare part needs for datacenters.
• Establish a feedback loop from datacenters to logistics, ODM partners, and hardware R&D to improve build quality and resolve design flaws.
• Maintain and deploy on-site test infrastructure and coordinate real-time issue escalation with factory teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hardware QA, manufacturing supervision, or server validation.
• Strong technical background in hardware or systems engineering with the ability to independently troubleshoot complex server systems.
• Deep understanding of server and rack hardware, including layout, cabling, power, and cooling.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals, such as power specs, grounding, and signal integrity.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including datasheets and debug manuals.
• Must be authorized to work in Taiwan.
