Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance)

Location: Must be able to reach the company site in Hanita, Israel

What you will do

• Lead and support technical and engineering projects at the Hanita site.
• Prepare mechanical drawings using drafting software and provide technical planning support.
• Support production lines together with the maintenance team.
• Lead the analysis and documentation of equipment malfunctions.
• Assist with daily Maintenance Department management and cover for the Maintenance Manager when needed.
• Prepare machine-maintenance SOPs, submit spare-parts requests, and prepare parts for complex repairs.

Requirements

• Mechanical engineering education; recent graduates awaiting their diploma are welcome to apply.
• Ability to reach the company site in Hanita, Israel and combine office-based technical planning with on-site maintenance work.
• Practical experience with SolidWorks.
• Proficiency in English.
• Very high-level computer skills, strong technical understanding, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong collaboration, communication, diligence, and work ethic, including the ability to understand production-line needs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the industry or previous industrial experience.
• Previous experience in a maintenance department.
