Industrial Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Rehovot, Israel. Onsite role with approximately 10% travel; relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Develop and analyze operational processes for the PDC Operations division.
• Drive continuous improvement and organizational efficiency across operational and financial KPIs.
• Optimize production line design and reduce cycle times.
• Lead ROI simulations and define and implement new processes and operational infrastructure.
• Lead challenging projects independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.

Requirements

• BSc in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• More than 4 years of experience in industrial engineering or operational roles.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, long-term projects, timelines, and deadlines independently.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing and operational excellence processes.
