Cloud Engineering Program Manager

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA or Sunnyvale, CA (On-site)

Compensation: $165,000–$205,000 + Bonus + RSU

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end headcount plan and requisition operations for the Cloud Engineering organization.
• Design and implement scalable operating systems to replace manual coordination and spreadsheets.
• Manage the coordination of all-hands meetings, org-wide events, and leadership planning rhythms.
• Oversee intern and early-career programs, including pipeline development and mentor matching.
• Drive adoption of manager training, onboarding programs, and engagement initiatives.
• Automate recurring operational tasks using scripts, dashboards, and workflow tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or people operations.
• Proven track record supporting large engineering or infrastructure organizations through high-growth phases.
• Direct experience with headcount planning, position management, and cross-functional reconciliation.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and demonstrated ability to automate manual processes.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to influence senior engineering leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth cloud, AI infrastructure, or data center environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Ashby, Workday, TeamOhana, Jira, Confluence, Grafana, or Sigma.
• Experience designing interviewer enablement or large-scale interview processes.
