What you will do

• Define portfolio strategy and develop an end-to-end roadmap for profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the overarching design of the end-to-end customer experience for AL&F users and customers.
• Instill a relentless focus on creating customer value through evidence-based decision making and data-driven product development.
• Lead high-impact innovation and differentiation across new and existing customer solutions.
• Lead go-to-market for core and adjacent segments to achieve commercial goals.
• Strengthen leadership, talent, and capabilities within the AL&F Solutions team.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer focus with a track record of innovation and data-driven product experimentation.
• Proven experience in innovating, scaling, and integrating a global SaaS workflow and data analytics portfolio.
• Experience leading and working with post- and pre-sales implementation and support teams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functionally, and drive change at scale in a matrixed organization.
• External credibility and authority to inspire and empathize with senior academic leaders.
• Experience in building partnerships, identifying, and integrating acquisitions.
• Experience taking a SaaS workflow and data analytics solutions portfolio to market.
• Bachelor’s degree required; 15+ years of relevant experience.
