What you will do

• Own operational performance and delivery of the Giftpro strategy.
• Lead and develop a multi-functional team across fulfilment, support, onboarding, sales, and account management.
• Drive product priorities in collaboration with development partners.
• Partner on forecasting, performance tracking, and commercial planning.
• Improve systems, processes, and service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
• Identify and execute revenue growth and cost optimisation initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a commercially minded General Manager.
• Ability to turn strategy into execution, driving performance and improving operations.
• Experience in leading and developing multi-functional teams.
• Capability to shape product priorities with development partners.
• Strong focus on protecting excellent customer experience.
• Must be based in Waterlooville, United Kingdom, for hybrid work.
