What you will do
- Own operational performance and delivery of the Giftpro strategy.
- Lead and develop a multi-functional team across fulfilment, support, onboarding, sales, and account management.
- Drive product priorities in collaboration with development partners.
- Partner on forecasting, performance tracking, and commercial planning.
- Improve systems, processes, and service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Identify and execute revenue growth and cost optimisation initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a commercially minded General Manager.
- Ability to turn strategy into execution, driving performance and improving operations.
- Experience in leading and developing multi-functional teams.
- Capability to shape product priorities with development partners.
- Strong focus on protecting excellent customer experience.
- Must be based in Waterlooville, United Kingdom, for hybrid work.
