What you will do

• Conduct user research to identify UI pain points and uncover user needs.
• Collaborate with domain experts to understand complex systems.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop and manage reusable components within an enterprise-level Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Analyze and document UI patterns and design standards.
• Support usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field with 2 years of experience or Master’s degree.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work (PDF or website).
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
• Experience using component-based design and design systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile or Lean UX environments.
• Strong writing skills.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
• A collaborative mindset and a drive to solve tough UX challenges.
